Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 bundle of Brownie Bite Muffin Drops (3 drops)
- 2 drops for the 'hot chococolate' + 1 for topping
- 12 oz hot water
- Dairy-free whipped cream to top
You'll Need
- An electric hand mixer or blender
Directions
- Remove two muffin drops from your Brownie Bite bundle
- Place muffin drops into a mug
- Pour over 12 oz of boiling water
- Let water & two muffin drops sit for 1 minute
- Once your mixture has sat, begin to take an electric hand mixer to blend the muffins and hot water
- Blend for 10-20 seconds (if you don't have a hand mixer, a Blender or Nutribullet can be used)
- The mixture should be homogenous now, like creamy 'hot chocolate'
- Top with a spoonful of Coconut Whipped Cream
- Crumble last muffin drop on top of beverage
